Terms & Conditions

MyImprint – Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

“MyImprint”, “we”, “us” refers to Sam Muspratt trading as MyImprint.
“You” or “Customer” refers to the individual or organisation placing an order.
“Goods” refers to promotional products supplied.
“Services” refers to sourcing, quoting, artwork handling, and order management.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Prices are based on:

  • specifications provided

  • quantities quoted

  • current supplier pricing

  • delivery requirements

Prices may change if specifications, quantities, artwork, delivery requirements, or supplier costs change prior to order confirmation. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected prior to order acceptance.

3. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by MyImprint.
An order is deemed accepted once written confirmation is provided and payment (where applicable) has been received.

4. Artwork & Proof Approval

All artwork proofs must be approved in writing before production begins.

By approving a proof, the Customer confirms that:

  • spelling, layout, positioning, and colours are correct

  • the artwork is suitable for the chosen product and print method

Once artwork is approved, MyImprint accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions.

5. Manufacturing & Colour Variations

Promotional products are manufactured using industrial processes. As such:

  • slight variations in colour, alignment, size, and finish may occur

  • digital proofs are representations only and may not exactly match final products

  • exact Pantone or CMYK colour matching cannot be guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing

These variations are considered normal and do not constitute a defect.

6. Quantity Variations

We shall be deemed to have fulfilled our contract by delivery of a quantity within ±10% of the quantity ordered. The Customer will be charged at the contract rate for the quantity delivered.

7. Delivery & Lead Times

Delivery dates and lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

MyImprint shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • suppliers or couriers

  • artwork delays or late approvals

  • material shortages

  • events outside our reasonable control

8. Claims & Faulty Goods

Claims for damage, loss, or non-delivery must be reported in writing within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Claims regarding quality or quantity must be reported within 5 working days of receipt of Goods.

Goods not reported within these timeframes shall be deemed accepted.

Where a defect is confirmed, MyImprint will liaise with the supplier to arrange, at the supplier’s discretion:

  • a reprint

  • a replacement

  • or a refund

Claims based on subjective dissatisfaction (e.g. “not what we expected”) are not considered defects.

9. Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of printed promotional products:

  • orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

  • setup charges, artwork costs, and supplier charges may still apply

10. Payment

Payment is required in full before production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ownership of Goods remains with MyImprint until payment has been received in full.

11. Limitation of Liability

MyImprint’s total liability for any claim arising from an order shall be limited to the value of the invoice for that order.

MyImprint shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity

  • losses arising from supplier manufacturing processes or delivery delays

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects statutory consumer rights.

12. Force Majeure

MyImprint shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier failure, transport disruption, labour disputes, extreme weather, or government action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
